Whistling At The Stable - Anon
I was very small when this happened, I used to keep horses on a farm down Moors Lane with my nan. One day when we got the yard around 8 in the morning, one of the horses were out and there was tack and equipment everywhere. We called up the lady who's horse was out as nan was friends with her, she didn't want to come back on her own, she'd been at the yard around 5 in the morning before she went to work and heard footsteps and whistling, thinking it was the yard owner she shouted morning, when she had no reply she poked her head around the corner and no one was there, she dropped everything and left, not that I blame her!
